Job Details

Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criteria:

• Background in Injection Molding, dryers, thermolators, etc.
• Train and Supervisor all operators on the shift.
• Supervise all resources on your shift, including materials, quality, and production.
• Accountable for regular and consistent attendance of employees on shift, advises Human Resources daily if an employee is late or absent.
• Ensure machines are cycling on cycle and within specifications.
• Ability to troubleshoot quality, productivity, safety, yield, or equipment issues.
