The hotel is known throughout Austin for its elite level of service and luxurious accommodations. The Driskill Bar & Grill is known for incredible service and refined Texas cuisine, while 1886 Cafe is a quaint, Victorian-style cafe that serves time-honored original recipes and traditional Texas comfort foods. We are in search of a polished and professional Food and Beverage leader to join our team. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will assist in food and beverage areas within the hotel including F&B outlets and events. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful. This highly visible role also gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on the guest experience.
