The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 3+ years of experience in engine assembly, fabrication, and general assembly tasks.
• High School Diploma / GED is required.
• Strong mechanical understanding and proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and keen attention to detail.
• Experience working in the aerospace sector or other precision-driven manufacturing environments.
• Competent in maintaining detailed records of assembly processes, modifications, and test outcomes.
