Level 1 Help Desk Specialist

Location:Austin, TX

Hourly Rate:$24-$27

Hours:30 hours a week onsite

Overview:

We are looking for a Level 1 Help Desk Specialist with a mix of technical expertise. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to grow their technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management
• Active Directory including account creation
• Imaging Computers
• Recycling laptops
• working with a ticketing system

Requirements:

• 1-year of IT Help Desk experience
• Working knowledge of Active Directory
• Experience troubleshooting O365
• Hardware support
• Experience with Windows 10/11
• Hands-on experience managing ticketing systems and adhering to SLAs.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
