About the Role: As a Structural Project Manager, you'll play a key role in managing and engineering a variety of exciting and complex projects. You will collaborate with architects, builders, and the Engineer of Record to bring unique visions to lifeā€”from luxury homes to innovative commercial developments and even 3D-printed homes

Key Qualifications:

  • 5-10+ years of design experience, with a strong background in commercial or residential projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Structural Engineering
  • Experience with diverse materials: concrete, wood, steel, and masonry
  • A passion for learning and growing with a forward-thinking company
  • Strong project management skills, with experience handling budgets, timelines, and client relationships

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engineer and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
  • Coordinate with architects, builders, and the Engineer of Record to deliver high-quality projects
  • Oversee the production of engineering drawings and design deliverables
  • Use your expertise to manage project schedules, timelines, and resources to meet deadlines

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency with engineering design software (e.g., Risa, Ram, Concept, Excel)
  • Comfortable using Revit/BIM software for seamless collaboration
  • Strong communication and client relations skills
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
  • A keen eye for detail and sound engineering judgment
