About the Role: As a Structural Project Manager, you'll play a key role in managing and engineering a variety of exciting and complex projects. You will collaborate with architects, builders, and the Engineer of Record to bring unique visions to life—from luxury homes to innovative commercial developments and even 3D-printed homes

Key Qualifications:

• 5-10+ years of design experience, with a strong background in commercial or residential projects
• Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Structural Engineering
• Experience with diverse materials: concrete, wood, steel, and masonry
• A passion for learning and growing with a forward-thinking company
• Strong project management skills, with experience handling budgets, timelines, and client relationships

Key Responsibilities:

• Engineer and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate with architects, builders, and the Engineer of Record to deliver high-quality projects
• Oversee the production of engineering drawings and design deliverables
• Use your expertise to manage project schedules, timelines, and resources to meet deadlines

• Proficiency with engineering design software (e.g., Risa, Ram, Concept, Excel)
• Comfortable using Revit/BIM software for seamless collaboration
• Strong communication and client relations skills
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
• A keen eye for detail and sound engineering judgment
