Associate Responsibilities:
● Conduct rigorous market research, utilizing internal and external databases to source and engage potential executive-level candidates
● Assist with the development of search strategy, identify and attract candidates, and create client deliverables
● Manage multiple client engagements and research processes at once
● Identify creative solutions to search assignments
● Contact and conduct thorough interviews with prospective executive candidates
● Consistently and proactively communicate and collaborate with the Vice President or Partner on the search
Associate Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree
● 2-4 years of work experience ideally gained in executive recruiting or executive sourcing
● Exceptional written and oral communication skills
● Highly organized
● Track record of exceeding expectations and returning strong results both personally and academically/professionally
● A strong desire to take on an increasing amount of responsibility
