OverviewLutron Electronics Co., Inc has an immediate opening for a Production Supervisor at our facility in Austin, TX supporting the 2nd shift production operation. In this position, you would be a key part of the manufacturing team. A successful Production Supervisor will be interested in manufacturing, technology, have a high standard of performance and quality, and enjoy leading teams. Production Supervisors are responsible for the daily manufacturing output of production teams and the development of team members.You will have the opportunity to build a career with a high technology company by working in a hands-on environment.
