Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Mountain View, CA, Austin, TX, Warren, MI three times per week, at minimum [or other frequency dictated by the business if more than 3 days].

We are looking for an exceptional experienced people leader who is excited about building web and mobile products across General Motors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads, guides and directs a large group of technical employees responsible for engineering deliverables in support of the organization's business objectives.
- Manages engineering execution of team as related to the Vehicle Development Process deliverables.
- Provides technical leadership to work team. Interacts and collaborates with many teams cross-functionally.
- Leads team on new methods or initiatives without defined procedures.
- Leads team to meet targets.
- Reviews and approves engineering documentation, e.g. requirements, documents.
- Hiring: Identifies & leads staffing initiatives for work team.
