Description/Notes: Direct, supervise, and lead Maintenance, Transportation and Custodial Services. Align all support service operations with district mission, vision, beliefs, and goals. Work with assigned directors to ensure facilities and operations are efficient, functional, safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Qualifications:

1. Education/Certification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2. Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Knowledge of basic principles of construction and school plant maintenance
• Knowledge of basic principles of transportation
• Knowledge of basic principles of maintenance
• Knowledge of basic principles of custodial services
• Knowledge of basic principles of energy management
• Knowledge of basic principles of facilities scheduling
• Knowledge of basic principles of facilities construction and compliance
• Knowledge of state and federal financial reporting and audit requirements such as TEA transportation route services report, operations reports
• Ability to manage budget and personnel
• Ability to coordinate district functions
• Ability to interpret policy, procedures, and data
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Strong professional, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Salary Range: Minimum = $350.00 per day; Midpoint = $438.50 per day. Experience will be considered.
