SAP Authorization Security Consultant

Day 1 Onsite Austin, TX

Long term contract

Hybrid – 3 days onsite / week

No mid layer / No Implementation partners are Involved

The candidate's responsibilities will be to provide support to the operation:

• Validate system configuration used for testing and test any newly developed objects.
• Support security activities and assist with security analysis & administer Central Station tickets.
• Document security procedures and troubleshoot security issues.
• Support audits and validate system configuration used for testing.
• BA/BS with 4-5 years' experience.
• Strong comprehension of SAP security concepts and ability to troubleshoot SAP authorization issues.
• Collaborative skills and proactive in assisting team members.
• Flexibility to work across multiple lines of business as well as geographies.
• Excellent communication skills, including engaging with technical and non-technical groups in finding solutions to issues.
• Deep understanding and ability to comprehend complex business processes to apply best security methodologies.
• Strong time management skills and able to independently plan and prioritize multiple assignments to meet expectations of time and quality in a complex and fast-paced environment.

Skill Sets - Experience - Preference

SAP - At least 1 year - Is Required

SAP Security - 2-5 Years - Is Required

Pay Range: $70/hr - $75/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
