MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by
an organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education
Accreditation (CHEA) or by the United States Department of
Education (USDE). Major course work in Behavioral Science,
Criminal Justice, or a related field preferred. Each year of
experience as described below in excess of the required four years
may be substituted for thirty semester hours from an accredited
college or university on a year-for-year basis.
2. Four years full-time, wage-earning community case management,
auditing, operational review, or technical review experience.
3. Technical review, program evaluation, or program administration
experience preferred.
4. Community supervision experience preferred.
**The salary for an ERS Retiree (or non-contributing member) will
be $4,312.58.**
The following Military Occupational Specialty codes are generally
applicable to this position. Applicants must fully complete the
summary of experience to determine if minimum qualifications are met.

**A writing exercise which may include spelling, grammar, punctuation,
proofreading, letter and/or report composition may be administered
as part of the selection process.**
**Employees in these positions are eligible to receive up to three
retention increases. Employees will receive an increase of 3.4%
following successful completion of one year in this position.
Eligibility for the second increase of 3.4% will occur upon successful
completion of three years in this position and the third increase of 3.4%
after five years.**
