Statewide?Remodeling is hiring a Project Coordinator based at our office in Austin, TX to oversee field installations and support our Remodeling customers throughout the area! Responsibilities:

• Customer Communication to update project status.
• Maintain Excel Spreadsheet and CRM with pertinent information on the job including dates, material order and scheduling.
• Perform general clerical duties: photocopying, mailing, scanning and uploading documents.
• Support staff in assigned project-based work.
• Work with Field Supervisors and Installers daily to provide and receive information on ongoing projects.
• Work with Sales/ Production/ Warehouse and Operations personnel and managers.
• Other duties as assigned or reassigned by direct supervisor or senior management.

Qualifications:

• Previous residential experience in home remodeling a plus, but not required.
• Extreme time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality, with a patient and calming manner.
  
• Team player with the ability to take on more and grow within the role and the company!
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check.
