Job Description: We're seeking an experienced Supervisor / Electrical Project Manager to lead and expand our growing Remodeling & Renovation team. This role is ideal for someone who understands
the remodeling process inside and out, communicates effectively with builders and GCs, and can
lead electrical crews with confidence and clarity. This position combines project management, field supervision, and relationship development-with the opportunity to play a key role in shaping a strategic division within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage electrical scopes of work across multiple remodeling and renovation projects.
  • Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, schedules, materials, and inspections to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners (remodelers, builders, and property owners).
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships within the construction and remodeling community.
  • Assist with estimating, scope reviews, and project planning in collaboration with leadership and estimators.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support the development of long-term client relationships.
  • Train and mentor field crews to uphold In Charge standards and safety practices.
Job Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in residential and light commercial electrical remodels and renovations
  • Deep knowledge of the remodeling lifecycle, permitting, and contractor coordination
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and priorities
  • Established network of builders, remodelers, and GCs in Central Texas is a major advantage
  • Proficient in reading blueprints, scopes, and job specifications
  • Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Valid driver's license; must be willing to undergo a background check, MVR review, and drug screening
