The Solutions Manager is the key driver for the guest experience and leading a selling culture in the Pet Care Center, through the lens of Petcos vision of Healthier Pets. Happier People. Better World. The Solutions Manager is the Selling Model champion and role model for all relationship building touch points with Petco guests. The Solutions Manager will coach and mentor all Pet Care Center partners in the culture of selling and engagement to support and drive the customer experience. The Solutions Manager assists the General Manager in hiring, developing, scheduling, and managing a high-performing team that consistently delivers top-line sales growth across all Pet Care Center categories including services; as well as assists in managing all aspects of the Pet Care Centers business in accordance with Petco operational standards and safety procedures.
