Performs entry-level work with routine complexity. Provides assistance in the daily operation in various areas of the Library. Duties include assisting patrons in their use of the Library, providing administrative support to the supervisors, providing support to Library programs and collection maintenance, and checking-in and processing Library materials. Works under moderate supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgement. Essential Duties & Required Qualifications Provides customer service to Library users in person and on the phone. Answers informational and reference questions for all ages regarding the Library's resources and provide directions to various library sections or other facilities.
