The Assembly and Fulfillment Team Leader is responsible for monitoring, organizing, and coaching the team on a day-to-day basis, implementation and problem-solving to ensure their team achieves their daily goals in providing custodial services to our clients. Job Description. Role and Responsibilities. Formulates work assignments for each building and ensures all employees are properly trained for these assignments. Counsel employees on appropriate interpersonal communication, problem solving, and other job maintenance skills. Obtain, pick up and deliver material and ensure all employees under their supervision have proper equipment and supplies to perform their duties. Monitor staff to ensure safety procedures and department policies are followed. Inspect the work of all employees and fill out inspection reports nightly. Other duties as assigned.
