Our Apple Store Online team manages Apple's largest store, aiming to deliver a personalized digital shopping experience worldwide. We seek extraordinary individuals to help us achieve extraordinary results.

The ASO Customer Systems team enhances capabilities supporting customer assistance beyond our online store. Responsible for customer contact technologies, internal applications, and data infrastructure, this technical organization integrates Product Management, Application Development, Conversational Systems, and Data Engineering to enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple teams—Specialist Platforms, Conversational Systems, Rapid Applications Development, and Business Intelligence—to develop and deliver innovative technologies supporting customer engagement and internal operations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 15+ years in e-commerce systems, Product Management, Program Management, or related fields, with 7+ years in senior leadership.
  • Experience managing high-performing, global technical teams focused on digital products supporting business operations or customer support.
  • Proven leadership in strategy development and portfolio management to meet business goals.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep technical expertise ensuring scalable and flexible product/platform design.
  • People-centric leadership fostering diversity and inclusion.
  • Strong communication skills for conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Ability to influence across organizational levels and build trustful partnerships.
  • Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SDLC, Agile, Waterfall methodologies, and AI/GenAI technologies.
