Coordinates and tracks all Warehouse services activities. Supervises Warehouse administrative processes.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the receipt and orders for consumables, tools, and equipment from projects, and regularly solicit rental pricing from outside equipment rental suppliers.
  • Oversee equipment rented from outside suppliers and approve quoted rental rates. Assist Estimating with rental rates and pricing.
  • Coordinate and track personnel needs and staffing requirements at remote projects.
  • Assist in purchasing new equipment, assign and set up new equipment numbers in the system, and maintain master equipment files (purchase invoices, specifications, manuals, or drawings).
  • Manage the coordination of equipment moves.
  • Assist in the sale of equipment, maintain a master list of sold equipment, and prepare reports as needed.
  • Monitor and review the financial status of the EWM equipment segment and assist in quarterly and annual projections.
  • Participate in the equipment evaluation process to determine buy/sell needs.
  • Provide a total commitment to continuous process improvement.
  • Model and reinforce safety as a top priority of the organization.
  • Meet schedules and deadlines, adhere to policies and procedures, and maintain good attendance and punctuality.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through efficient issue resolution. Exercise good interpersonal skills by assisting others to accomplish organizational work, even outside regular duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Education

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

7 years of equipment or warehouse experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
