Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Executive Director to increase occupancy, meet revenue goals, and maintain a waiting list for apartments
• Staying informed on operational, competitive, and company data to respond effectively to inquiries
• Achieving sales and move-in targets as set by leadership
• Developing and refining quarterly marketing plans in coordination with regional leaders
• Matching prospective residents' needs with solutions, overcoming objections, and negotiating beneficial outcomes
• Collaborating with community managers to finalize residency contracts and ensure smooth transitions for new residents

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals
• High school diploma required; college credits or degree preferred, or relevant state experience
