Sales Director Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Executive Director to increase occupancy, meet revenue goals, and maintain a waiting list for apartments
• Staying informed on operational, competitive, and company data to respond effectively to leads
• Achieving community sales objectives, occupancy, and revenue targets as set by leadership
• Developing and refining quarterly marketing plans for the community
• Matching prospective residents' needs, overcoming objections, and negotiating favorable outcomes
• Collaborating with community managers to finalize residency contracts and ensure smooth move-in processes

Qualifications:

• Three to five years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• High school diploma required; college credits or degree preferred or as per state requirements
