Description

As a Product Manager, your responsibilities will include:Understand business needs, formulate product vision, roadmap, and strategic goals.Collaborate with business owners at global and regional levels to understand complex business goals, translate them into data & analytics requirements for product teams.Identify data source and drive definitions and standardization for accuracy and scalability.Work closely with Data Engineering, QA, UI/UX and DevOps teams across product development cycle, with a focus on ensuring data quality, scalability, robustness standards are met.Drive ongoing ownership of analytics framework, data definitions and logics to continuously support business analytics needs and product development.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6-8+ years experience in product management for enterprise-scale products.
  • Solid understanding of the modern data and analytics technology stack, including cloud data and BI platforms.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills with proven ability to solve complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to filter and distill meaningful information to the appropriate audiences.
  • Superb customer focus and collaboration skills, with a knack for building strong relationships to better understand and meet customer needs.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward, even without a clear path.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a global capacity - deploying technologies across multiple different geos.
  • Ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners.
  • Experience working on AI/ML related projects, data analytics and decision support.
  • Strong curiosity and dedication to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Masters Degree is a plus.
