As A General Manager You Will

• Lead and develop team members according to Club Car Wash standards of customer service, performance, and quality assurance.
• Train, support, and coach team members for performance improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote sales, recruit and retain staff, and engage in ongoing training.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of maintenance, chemicals, and operations.
