Description

We are seeking a SAP Order to Cash Operations Lead who enjoys hands-on work and is committed to operational excellence and delivering top service levels to our business partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for resolving business-impacting issues within the Order to Cash domain, with experience in troubleshooting, designing, and configuring SAP Order to Cash processes.

Responsibilities

1. Engage and drive resolution of critical production system and business issues, including troubleshooting, clear communication, management updates, and post-mortem analysis.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for business engagement.
3. Lead system and process initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
4. Monitor and analyze trends to identify issues and implement solutions through root cause analysis.
5. Track key metrics and ensure alignment with SLAs.
6. Participate in system activities such as annual upgrade cut-overs and disaster recovery drills.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting and implementing solutions within the SAP Order to Cash space.
• Experience with Available to Promise (ATP) in APO/aATP.
• Production support experience in a 24x7 environment, managing vendor performance, meeting SLAs, and driving continuous improvement.
• Experience partnering with vendor teams onsite and offshore.
• Knowledge of S/4 HANA.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical skills such as understanding ABAP code and debugging are a plus.
• Experience with SAP APO, aATP, SAP Commerce, Machine Learning, Signavio, BTP, and Generative AI.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and sensitive to schedules and scope.
• Innovative and quick learner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
