Responsibilities

1. The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
2. Work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals.
3. Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set their goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching to improve performance.
4. Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team for the future.

Additional Information

Pay rate is $50k - $65k for certified General Managers. This position is in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald's Corporation or McDonald's USA, LLC. The franchisee is responsible for employment-related matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, and staffing decisions. McDonald's Corporation or McDonald's USA, LLC is not involved in employment decisions or policies for this franchisee.
