Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain builder relationships and participate in local builder events to foster customer connections.
2. Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
3. Manage customer accounts, develop new business, and negotiate contracts to maximize profits.
4. Ensure all purchase orders (POs) are complete and delivered on time.
5. Conduct house walks to verify quality standards are met.
6. Attend customer meetings and stay informed about competition within customer subdivisions.
7. Identify potential new builders and provide relevant information.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales management within flooring, construction, or building materials industries.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of flooring materials, installation processes, and industry standards is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
