Position: AOR / HVAC Installation Mechanic

In this role, you will disassemble old systems, install and start-up new HVAC systems, and troubleshoot as needed in residential settings.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Leadership experience with a helper
• Knowledge of local inspection codes
• EPA Certification (training available)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy objects
• Willing to work long hours and weekends as needed
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record; pre-employment drug screening and background check required
