We seek a SAP Order to Cash Operations Lead to join our support team managing some of the world's largest SAP systems. The role involves operational management, vendor coordination, collaboration, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Description

The ideal candidate is hands-on, committed to operational excellence, and experienced in troubleshooting and designing SAP Order to Cash solutions. Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing and resolving critical production and business issues, including troubleshooting, communication, and post-mortem analysis.
  2. Acting as the primary contact for business engagement.
  3. Driving system and process improvements.
  4. Monitoring trends, performing root cause analysis, and implementing solutions.
  5. Tracking key metrics and ensuring SLA adherence.
  6. Participating in system activities like upgrades and disaster recovery drills.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Order to Cash functions, including troubleshooting and solution implementation.
  • Experience with Available to Promise in APO/aATP.
  • Support experience in a 24x7 environment, vendor management, SLA delivery, and metrics reporting.
  • Experience partnering with onsite and offshore vendor teams.
  • Knowledge of S/4 HANA.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical skills such as ABAP coding and debugging.
  • Experience with SAP APO, aATP, SAP Commerce, Machine Learning, Signavio, BTP, Gen AI.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to schedules and scope.
  • Innovative with quick learning ability.
  • Excellent communication skills across organizational levels.
