The Assistant Director of Back of House is responsible for stewarding the Operational Excellence pillar of the Create Raving Fans Strategy. The AD (Assistant Director) will oversee all operational and administrative needs in the kitchen. This AD will embody the vision and values of Chick-fil-A and the store. The leader will be a forward thinker that helps to unify the restaurant through meeting all quality requirement needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage/Oversee Food Cost/Inventory Management.
• Uphold Chick-fil-A Quality Requirement.
• Proactive and Productive Leadership.
• Create and Implement Kitchen Systems.

• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities

• In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
