We are seeking a dedicated ELM Project Manager to join our Central RME (Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering) team and help us achieve this goal.Position Overview:As an ELM Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end project lifecycles for new launches within our RME division. This position requires deep expertise in project management, strong technical acumen, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.Qualifications:Proven experience in Engineering Program and Project Management.Strong technical problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience in resource planning and allocation.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.Strong organizational and time management skills.Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field experience.Travel Requirement:This role involves a travel requirement of up to 75%.Key job responsibilitiesManage the complete project lifecycle for new launches, including requirements gathering, planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and successful deployment.Own large-scale engineering projects from planning and design through installation, commissioning, qualification, and launch support.Assess and communicate project status, driving escalations on potential risks and delays across multiple teams.Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, ensuring effective communication and coordination across all stakeholders.Create Business Continuity and Risk Mitigation plans with site RME teams to allow seamless handover to Construction or Operations Engineering.Conduct resource planning and allocation for project teams.Support the expansion and execution of the RME qualification process, including vendor management and feedback.Prepare and deliver RME launch plans for new sites and support the RME field team in executing launch activities.Continuously aim for improved safety, equipment uptime, efficiency, cost management, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability within Amazon.A day in the lifeAmazon offers a full range of benefits that support you and eligible family members, including domestic partners and their children. The base pay for this position ranges from $68,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $126,400/year in our highest geographic market.
