Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Caregiver to join our team in Lakeway, TX.

Skilled positions are available at $16/$17 hr. Dementia & Bedbound care required.

You will be responsible for providing non-medical assistance to an elderly individual in their own home. You must have excellent communication skills, a commitment to providing quality in home care, and be proactive. Knowledge and experience with dementia, hospice, and hands-on personal care is required.

12-hour day/night shifts:

Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and emotional support to an elderly individual.
Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Perform light housekeeping duties.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
Monitor health conditions and report changes.
Ensure that medications are taken according to prescribed instructions.
Preform other basic caregiving services.

Qualifications

Comfortable working with a bed bound client
Knowledge and experience with all activities of daily living (ADL's)
Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting
Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Pass background check & non-THC drug screen

Requirements

Hospice care experience
Minimum 1 year Caregiving experience
