Cleans and sanitizes all tableware and cookware used in the service and preparation of meals to the guest cleans and organizes alldish areas and storage areas as necessary and as directed; handles the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and service areas andassists the cook on the serving line during meal periods. - Interacts with residents, families, staff and other visitors to the community in a pleasant, respectful and courteous manner. - Acts as a positive representative of the community at all times. - Recognizes that residents and families are in fact customers to the business and endeavors to do everything possible tomake meal periods enjoyable. - Recognizes that ''No" or "can't-do-it" are business losers and must be removed from the working vocabulary. - Washes and inspects all dishware and glassware. Stored clean utensil, dishes and glassware in proper places. - Keeps dishwashing machine and dish room in clean operating condition.
