Join our dynamic Buy with Prime (BwP) and Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) team at Amazon as a Content Marketing Manager! Our team is dedicated to empowering merchants to expand their businesses beyond Amazon.com by leveraging our exceptional supply chain and direct-to-consumer (DTC) services. We are searching for a passionate and experienced Content Marketer who is committed to creating delightful experiences for our merchants.

Your role will focus on producing and promoting compelling messaging and content that guides merchants in launching new products and crafting engaging narratives. You will own various types of marketing and sales content assets, including:

  • Blogs
  • Guides
  • Case studies
  • Infographics
  • Sales decks
  • Brochures
  • Web pages
  • Event scripts

This content will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition for our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and edit high-quality content, including user guides, scripts, blogs, and marketing communications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine our communications and enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage all stages of the content development process, from research to publication and performance analysis.
  • Establish best practices for content utilization and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive content roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams from product, sales, and beyond to create impactful content pieces and campaigns.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on brand voice, tone, and messaging, particularly for our BwP and MCF initiatives.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining priorities.
  • Utilize data and feedback for continuous improvement of content strategies.

A Day in the Life:

  • Support the triage of internal content requests while ensuring timely communication and status updates.
  • Develop, review, and edit marketing materials across various channels, including website, email, and social media.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Studio team to ensure content alignment with business goals.
  • Offer feedback on content and messaging strategies for new product launches to ensure a customer-centric approach.

About Your Team:

The BwP and MCF teams are innovating the shopping experience. BwP offers Prime shopping benefits—like fast shipping and easy returns—to merchants' online stores. MCF enables organizations worldwide to access reliable, cost-effective eCommerce fulfillment solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of copywriting experience in advertising agencies or in-house creative departments.
  • 3+ years of editorial experience with strong proofreading skills and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Proven understanding of best practices for marketing content across channels.
  • Online portfolio showcasing a diverse range of writing samples.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in supply chain or eCommerce content.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and SEO principles.
  • Experience working with both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Experience using Asana or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

The compensation for this role ranges from $108,400 to $185,000 annually, depending on location, skills, and experience. Amazon offers various benefits including equity and comprehensive medical packages.
