General Manager - Automotive Manufacturing

We are seeking a General Manager to lead manufacturing operations at a leading automotive facility in Georgetown, TX. This role oversees a 200,000 sq. ft. plant with over 400 employees, driving productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a diverse team, including 8+ direct reports, and play a key role in continuous improvement and certification achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of hands-on manufacturing or supervisory experience, preferably in plastic injection molding
• Proven ability to manage large teams (400+ employees) and complex operations
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with occasional extreme heat and vibration
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
