Job Details

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through closeout. Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors. Oversee procurement, contract negotiation, and vendor management. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and QA/ QC standards. Manage risk, resolve issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and executive leadership. Supervise on-site activities and ensure alignment with project goals. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and financial tracking. Champion sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives where applicable. Required Qualifications. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or a related technical field . years of project management experience in construction or facilities.
