Description:

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational transformation, business growth, and long-term talent sustainability.
  2. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive change management, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives.
  3. Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to support rapid team expansion and build a robust talent pipeline across manufacturing, engineering and corporate functions.
  4. Provide data-driven compensation benchmarking and design competitive incentive programs to attract top talent and retain key employees.
  5. Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture that blends legacy strengths with innovation and agility.
  6. Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement programs to foster trust, transparency, and collaboration.
  7. Ensure HR policies and practices comply with federal and state labor laws. Oversee compensation, benefits, performance management, and HRIS systems.
  8. Serve as a strategic liaison between the U.S. team and Taiwan headquarters, facilitating effective communication, alignment of HR practices, and cultural integration.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws and HR compliance standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work across cultures and time zones.
