This role involves leveraging SAP technology to address organizational challenges in the digital era, focusing on strategy, customer value, user experience, and operational impacts.Key Responsibilities Lead the management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with a focus on quality and risk management.Engage with external clients, participate in workshops, and lead workstreams from planning through execution.Develop solutions for complex problems, recommend policy changes, and establish procedures.Provide guidance and feedback to team members, ensuring successful completion of tasks.Support the configuration and design of SAP Employee Central Payroll, ensuring integration with other systems.Coordinate with offshore teams and clients to resolve payroll issues and ensure compliance.Manage payroll runs and address data issues to ensure accuracy and compliance.Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree (4-year).Over 8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, including 3-4 full implementations.Expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll configuration, design, and data replication.Experience with SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll in unionized environments.Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification.Preferred Attributes Prior consulting experience or deep functional process knowledge.Experience leading multiple full-cycle implementations.Proven leadership capabilities.What We Offer Competitive salary range: $141,200 - $258,900 (US-wide); $169,500 - $294,300 (NYC, Washington, CA).
