We are seeking a talented and motivated SRAM Design Engineer to join our team. As a SRAM Design Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with TSMCs leading process technology and portfolio of design enablement solutions to unleash innovation for the global semiconductor industry. Join us in the Austin Design Office and be part of the team that pushes the boundaries of whats possible in the world of semiconductor manufacturing. We are currently operating in a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in office. Responsibilities Hands on development of SRAM compiler memories, including circuit design, timing/power characterization, netlist/tiling, and EDA view support SRAM Compiler verification and QC Daily collaboration with local team members as well as frequent correspondence w/ overseas teams on various topics Communicate project status and results in an accurate, timely and organized manner Minimum Qualifications A Bachelors degree in E.
