Preschool Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable preschool teacher to join our early childhood education team. Duties include:

• Being a caring motherly type teacher for kids
• Being a team player and working as one positive team
• Implementing STEM lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards
• Creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
• Communicating effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster positive relationships and support child development
• Implementing behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions among students
• Observing and assessing children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs
• Maintaining a clean, organized classroom that reflects early childhood education standards

Experience includes:

• Previous experience working in daycare or preschool settings is highly desirable
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices is essential
• Familiarity with lesson planning and classroom management techniques
• Experience working with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to use iPads efficiently
