Our Health Solutions business unit is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Commercial Excellence, reporting to the Sr. Director, Commercial Excellence and Marketing. In this position, you will lead initiatives that enhance sales performance, operational efficiency, and commercial strategy execution. This senior role requires expertise in sales leadership and sales training, as well as a strong background in CRM systemspreferably Salesforce, sales incentive design, and performance management. This is a global role that supports our Health Solutions Commercial team across all geographies worldwide. Flex Health Solutions is one of 6 business units within Flexs $25 B global contract manufacturing portfolio. Flex Health Solutions is expanding its global Commercial organization to accelerate growth.
