We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Business Process and Analytics Team in Pflugerville, TX. The Business Operations analyst will serve as the regional subject matter expert supporting day-to-day production operations in SAP PP module, drive continuous process improvement, and provide data-drive insights to management. This role blends technical SAP expertise with process improvement, analytical thinking, and strong communication to support operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.


Your Mission

  • Act as the primary liaison between production operations and the SAP support/IT teams for all SAP PP-related matters.
  • Support end users in day-to-day operations involving production orders, capacity planning, and production scheduling.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate resolution of SAP PP issues or errors in collaboration with key users in HQ or with IT.
  • Support master data maintenance relevant to the production planning process (e.g., BOMs, routings, work centers).
  • Document and optimize business processes; develop and maintain user manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Participate in SAP change management, testing, and implementation of new features, end user training, enhancements, or rollouts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as procurement, logistics, quality, and warehouse to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends, gaps, or opportunities for improvement using SAP reporting tools or external analytics platforms.
  • Create insightful dashboards and visualizations with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud to drive production performance discussions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and external audit requirements related to production planning.


Your Talents

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, Production Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP PP module in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Solid understanding of production planning workflows and their integration with other SAP modules like MM, WM, and SD.
  • Experience with process documentation tools (e.g., Signavio, Visio) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP reporting tools like Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and support users across different departments.
