AECOM is seeking a Smart Mobility Transportation Engineer to be based in Austin, TX. Job Description:Supports the smart mobility team in evaluating technology applications and performing corridor studies and systems engineering. Supports traffic analyses using a variety of software such as Synchro, VISSIM, and HCS under the supervision of a licensed engineer. Performs research on connected and automated vehicles (CV/ AV) technology and emerging infrastructure technology to assist with project alternatives and solutions. Performs data analysis and alternative development as needed by the project. Develops presentation material such as PowerPoints to present project status, alternative development, stakeholder presentations, etc. Develops a comprehensive understanding of smart mobility solutions and strategies to improve safety and mobility Qualifications.
