They are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to help transform advanced mechanical designs into efficient, high-quality assembly operations. What You'll Be Doing

• Prototype to Production

  Collaborate with engineering and industrialization teams to develop prototype build processes and scale them into repeatable, production-level operations.

  
  

• Process Design & Optimization

  Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of assembly processes for engines, generators, and electric motor components.

  
  

• Lean Manufacturing

  Champion lean initiatives to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality across the production floor.

  
  

• Tooling & Automation

  Design tooling, jigs, fixtures, and contribute to the implementation of automation into key manufacturing processes.

  
  

• Technical Guidance

  Act as the subject matter expert for assembly processes and provide hands-on support to production teams.

  
  

• Cross-Functional Leadership

  Drive initiatives with cross-disciplinary teams including design, supply chain, and operations to ensure manufacturability, quality, and scalability

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, ideally within powertrain, engine, generator, or electric motor assembly
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (Master's or MBA a plus)
• Experience scaling prototype operations into production environments
• Strong background in lean manufacturingKaizenDOEFMEA, and root cause analysis
• Proficiency with CAD tools (NX preferred), GD&T, and design for manufacturability
• Experience designing and specifying production tooling, jigs, fixtures
• Knowledge of MESaerospace or automotive manufacturing standards (AS9100, ISO9001, QS9000)
• Bonus: Familiarity with additive manufacturing and advanced automation systems
