We are looking for a skilled Controls Engineer/ Automation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, and implementing automated assembly cells to enhance our manufacturing capabilities. Key Responsibilities:Design and develop automated assembly cells for production processes. Program and configure PLCs for machine operation and process control. Create and maintain wiring diagrams and schematics for electrical systems. Design pneumatic systems to optimize production efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automated systems to ensure smooth operation. Conduct testing and validation of automation systems to ensure compliance with specifications. Maintain documentation for all control systems and processes.
