Job Title: Sr. Business Systems Analyst

Job Description: Responsible for the architecture, development, deployment of critical business reporting for infrastructure operations and services. Develop business reports for revenue, cost reporting for Products, Product KPIs and Infrastructure Technology KPIs. Develop critical financial reports for Project Budgeting, Project Spend, and Current/Upcoming renewals to help make decisions on the move forward strategy for the executive leadership team. Create complex queries to extract data from different sources across multiple data sets. Collaborate and work with end users to ensure that data and reports meet their business needs. Design and monitor end-user reporting tools and systems, ensuring reports are accurate and up to date. Recommend appropriate architecture ensuring that delivered dashboards and reports meet the business objectives. Automating reports across multiple business areas which is crucial in helping the team to analyze regularly changing data. Work within the team to quickly iterate on visual dashboard prototypes for stakeholder feedback. Work and fix on live production servers within a strict timeline. Work end to end on BI implementation. 100% Telecommuting.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, plus 5 years of experience as a Software Developer or related occupation. Alternatively, Master's degree or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, plus 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or related occupation. Additionally, the applicant must have professional experience with: 1) Microsoft Power Bi; 2) Snowflake; 3) Tableau; 4) Building automates reports and dashboards; 5) Identifying and reporting appropriate KPIs by area.
