JOB SUMMARY

Employee must demonstrate moderate electronic ability, knowledge, and aptitude with minimal supervision.

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

1. Associate degree equivalent or higher
2. Employee must have a technical background but may start in this position with little to no experience required.
3. Any equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered.
4. Must have a valid driver's license by date of hire.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Employee must have a technical background but may start in this position with little to no experience required.

Technician must be proficient in:

• Comprehending electronic schematics.
• Setting up and using Test Equipment such as a Power Supply, DVM, Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, etc…
• Troubleshooting failures using education, equipment, and experience.
• Soldering and de-soldering electronic components of various types.
• Repairing, calibrating, and testing customer equipment with emphasis on quality of workmanship.
• Other non-specific duties and responsibilities a supervisor may require of the employee.
