Job Details

The Senior Systems Administrator will be a member of the IT team and will be focused on the day to day operation and maintenance of SAM servers, applications and data presentation. Provide technical support and consultation for the server environment to IT staff, business analysts, vendors and users as necessary Plan, implement and maintain the server and storage environment Schedule installs and upgrades in accordance with established IT policies and procedures Monitor and tune the systems to achieve optimum performance levels including providing input for capacity planning and long term strategic planning Conduct routine hardware and software audits of servers and storage to ensure compliance with established IT standards, policies and configuration guidelines Instruct and help develop less experienced Server Administrators and other technical staff where appropriate On a scheduled basis, provide 24 x 7 on-call support for break/fix issues, respond according to established on-call pr...Systems Administrator, Systems, Administrator, Technical Support, Senior, Server
