The HT Group has a long-standing client in North Austin looking for a Warehouse Associate to assist with pick and pack orders as well as ship orders out and process shipments.

Schedule: M-F 7-4, optional OT Saturday 7-12

Pay Rate: $18.50/hr

Contract-to-hire

Job Responsibilities:

• Load trucks with boxes up to 30lbs
• Assemble daily orders, working at different stations as production requires
• Assist with general order fulfillment, including pulling and picking items
• Scan, pack, unpack, and ship items
• Monitor flow of product to ensure a seamless production process
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• 1+ years of shipping, assembly, or warehouse experience required
• Dependable worker with great attendance record
• Attention to detail
• Able to follow verbal/written instructions
• Ability to work independently to complete daily workload
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and move in a fast-paced environment
