Job Title: Contracts Manager III
This is a hybrid role in Austin, Texas! Must be able to travel on-site during in-office days.
Job Description
We are seeking a Contracts Manager III to join our dynamic team. This role requires an advanced understanding of contractual terms and conditions, and the ability to work closely with counsel, contracts managers, and various stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing, updating, and supporting the negotiation of commercial sales contracts across several routes-to-market.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate commercial sales agreements with precision and expertise.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to facilitate reviews and ensure comprehensive contract management.
- Frame, draft, and negotiate agreements that align with company standards and customer expectations.
- Assist with the template approval and management process, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Manage document review and analysis, including detailed proofreading and refinement of sales agreements.
- Respond to a broad range of requests for contract/template development support and education.
- Support a consistent approach to contracts based on standardized language, templates, processes, and contract lifecycle automation.
Essential Skills
- 6+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial sales agreements.
- Strong working knowledge of applicable commercial legal principles.
- Ability to work on diverse contractual issues simultaneously.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Commitment to meeting deadlines with high-quality results.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Project management skills, including presenting and delivering on objectives, timelines, milestones, and updates.
- Experience supporting global, consumer, enterprise, education, government, health & wellness agreements is a plus.
- Superior written, analytical, and verbal communication skills.
- Keen tactical skills and attention to detail.
- BA/BS required; MBA/Paralegal preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.98 per hour. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be specific to elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, benefits may include:
