Job Summary:

webAI is a software company that is building a decentralized AI development platform. We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing and Large Language Models to support the development of our core platform by building and deploying NLP models.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize LLM-based models for tasks such as text classification, summarization, and language generation

• Contribute to preprocessing and preparation of datasets, including tokenization and feature extraction

• Experiment with transformer architectures (e.g., BERT, GPT) to improve model performance

• Work with Python and key NLP libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and collaborative development with cross-functional teams

• Stay current with research in NLP/LLMs and bring relevant innovations into our production workflows

Qualifications:

Required:

• 2+ years of professional experience in machine learning, with a focus on NLP and LLMs

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field

• Strong understanding of transformer-based models and NLP workflows

• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as Hugging Face, TensorFlow, and/or PyTorch

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous learning and problem-solving

Preferred:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
