POSITION SUMMARY:Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Purchasing Director assists the Finance and Operations Departments with the procurement, receipt, control, and disbursement of goods, as well as the monitoring, reporting, and control of cost of sales and inventory management. This position is Monday through Friday; however, flexibility for evenings, occasional weekends, and variable hours based on hotel business needs is required.
